UtilityBillParse, operated by Proziod Analytics Pvt Ltd, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscriptions and one-time credit pack purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within thirty (30) days of the order date.

2. How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout, or
• Contact us through our contact page and we will forward the request to Paddle on your behalf.

Please include your order ID or the email used at checkout so we can locate your purchase quickly.

3. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

4. Subscriptions after the guarantee window

After the 30-day window, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current billing period remains active until its end date.
